Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! I ship worldwide on both my main website (this one) and my Etsy site. It is strongly recommended that EU based customers order from my Etsy site, due to the new tax rules implemented as of July 1st. As I am based in the UK, UK customers can order from either website.
How do I track my order?
Tracked shipping is not included in the standard shipping price seen at checkout. If you would like tracked shipping, please add the tracked shipping listing (the first listing on my page) to cart.
All tracking numbers will be included in the email sent to you when an order is shipped.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders should take less than 7 days to arrive. Europe orders can take between 1-4 weeks. International orders typically take 2-6 weeks, but in some cases up to 2 months. If you have any questions regarding the shipping time/tracking of your order, please contact me.
What is a 'Preorder'?
Items that are preorder will be marked with "[PREORDER]" in the title of the listing. This means this item is not yet manufactured and buy purchasing this item you are helping to fund the production of it. Preorder items are not shipped immediately as they must be manufactured first. As I am a small business, I rely on preorders to help me cover the costs of manufacturing. Benefits of preordering include: receiving the item before it goes up as an instock, sometimes a discounted price and often an exclusive gift such as stickers!
